Characteristics:
1. High temperature uniformity: Based on the requirements of customers, we can fit the imported high-precision targeting tour temperature detection recording devices (6 Road or 12 Road) to record and show the actual temperature for all points in furnace during the entire process.
2. High precision temperature control: Intelligent Control System of Temperature is used as the main temperature control meter which is multi-stages programming with PID self-tuning, and with SSR solid relay and cycle controller used for power adjustment. The entire process of sintering is automatic controlled. Channel-sintering furnace can be divided into different zones for temperature controlling, so that temperature in whole work room will be more uniform. During the process of cooling down the furnace can work according to per-designed technology curves. The entire process is controlled by PLC and the sintering process is running automatically. For the cooling fan, open angle of air inlet is auto-controlled, the outlet is fitted with automatic exhaust valves.
3. Stable and Reliable Quality: All parts of boiler fan, impeller and electric heating parts are made of high temperature endurable materials, and suitable for 24 hours continuous running. It has stable and reliable quality, low noise and the furnace body doesn't shake.
4. Maintenance and Overhauling convenient: Fan, electric heaters and other accessories are standardized and modularized based on different sintering furnace structure. So that the determine fault is more accurate, accessories maintenance is more convenient, timely and low cost.
