Overview
HK Series High-voltage Switch Curing Furnace is mainly used during curing process after epoxy casting for the insulators of high voltage apparatus such as Gas Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (GIS) and sulfur hexafluoride high voltage circuit breaker (SF6). The system has the characteristics of high automation, good temperature uniformity and thermal insulation performance. Easy to operate and nice in shape.
HK series Bus Hot-shrinking Bush Curing Furnace is mainly used to bake the bus insulated bush after assembly. The Furnace has very good temperature uniformity and thermal insulation performance and comes with floor type materials vehicles. Operation is simple and easy.
Characteristics:
1, At the bottom of furnace, we set roller tracks. It is easy to carry the products out or into curing furnace.
2, Advanced hot-air circulatory system ensures the temperature uniformity.
3, Two sets of over-temperature alarm system ensure the safe operation of curing furnace.
4, With unique ways of recycle ventilation and suitable match method, we speed up the volatilization rate of the solvent in insulating paint. By this way, we short the baking time.
