Overview
HB series curing furnace is applied to preheating (pre-drying) the coils and curing the epikote which are used for Epoxy Cast Dry-type Transformer, No-encapsulated-winding Dry-type Transformer, Amorphous Alloy Dry-type Transformer, Transformers and Reactors. HB series Curing Furnace has good temperature homogeneity and unique hot-air circulation method. Meanwhile, according to the different drying technology, we can supply various types of curing furnaces such as Car-type Curing Furnace, Thimble Transformer Rotary Curing Furnace, Reverse Gradient Transformer Curing Furnace.

Characteristics
1. Two sets of over-temperature alarm system ensure the safe operation of curing furnace.
2. To choose the most suitable hot-air circulation method according to the different placing method of products, so that the furnace temperature is more uniform, curing (drying) effect is more visible.
3. Our products have advanced electrical control system such as Intelligent Programmable Temperature Controller, the Self-tuning System of PID Parameters, Solid State Relays for power adjustment. It can set any curing curve to meet with customer's requirement. Simple operation but reliable performance.
4. Special high quality Aluminum Silicate Wool with low thermal coefficient of conduction is filled by a particular way. So the oven has good heat-retaining properties.
5. The usual accessories for this type of oven are listed as Manual Vehicles, inside and outside Track.
The other accessories for your choosing are: Automatic Vehicles, inside Low-voltage Lighting and Observation Windows, Temperature Recorder, DCS of Computer and so on.
